This is done by taking specific, measurable, attainable, realistic, and time-bound steps to reach your non-smoking goal, which will help you enjoy a longer and healthier life. I've been smoke free for decades and have enjoyed the freedom it brings. Easier breathing, more money, no burn holes in my clothes, carpets, or car :)

Living a Life that Matters
We are all complex beings. Every area of our lives intertwine and affect the other parts as a whole. No part works alone. Each area must be assessed and adjusted in order to overcome obstacles and break compulsive behaviors. This is how we find freedom and peace, which empowers us to walk in love and Truth, simplicity and joy, and to live a life that matters. Other topics you will find on my channel are lessons on how Biblical Truths can provide guidance for life, improve relationships, and give insight into human behavior, along with many other facets of life.
